GCL's West Tennessee division earns states
highest rating:
GCL's West Tennessee division has earned the state's highest rating of "Exceptional"
following its 2009 Quality Assurance survey conducted by the state of Tennessee.
This accomplishment follows the company's attainment of "Quality Tier Status"
for the sixth consecutive year by virtue of the federal court monitor's annual
review. In both instances, GCL achieved its highest scores ever. Today, GCL
provides residential services to more than 150 indivduals in Tennessee and
clinical therapy services to approximately 300 people with developmental disabilities.
"This is really a landmark for us," said Harold Sloves, GCL's Vice President
of Operations & Development. "In a tough economic climate, we have remained
unwavering in our commitment to the individuals we support and care for. While
we have grown significantly as an organization, we have continued to keep quality
at the forefront of our work. It is truly a testament to our tremendous team."
