We have a full-time opening for a Home Health Staffing Coordinator, in Houston, Texas. The Home Health Staffing Coordinator, reporting to the Branch Manager, coordinates the day-to-day patient referral activities for Guardian. This position's key accountability is to urgently and effectively staff all daily referrals for Rehab Therapist services for our clients' home health services needs, and ensuring sustained billing. The qualified candidate will possess some college or equivalent proprietary formal education coursework, or a combination of experience and education equal to a minimum of 3 years experience in the areas of service operations coordination. Must be proficient in MS Office Application use and communication, verbal communication with peers and clients, have excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, and be able to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure. Experience in home health operations or administration highly preferred. Experience working in an administrative capacity with rehabilitation therapists (Physical & Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists) and the services they provide is highly desired.
