Job Description: Guardian Healthcare Providers, Inc. is a professional staffing company, providing nursing, behavioral, and allied staffing solutions to facilities and organizations which are highly unique!

We seek a talented Administrative Assistant who will assist Transition and Monitoring Teams at an Intermediate Care Facility (specializing in the care of persons with disabilities). The facility is located just north of the Orlando/Winter Park area in Florida. The goal of both teams is to ensure that those being served by the facility receive the best person-centered care in the least restrictive setting possible.

The Administrative Assistant will utilize a laptop computer and mobile devices equipped with Microsoft Office and other applications to assist in communication, coordination, and facilitation of the duties of the entire team of Behavior Analysts, Compliance Monitors, and other specialists. While the Administrative Assistant will observe a normal schedule, there are times when flexibility of schedule may be necessary. Some traveling within the state of Florida may be required from time to time; mileage will be reimbursed.

Minimum requirements are two years of experience in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare or social work administrative role, demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, E-mail, and adaptability to utilize other administrative office applications. At a minimum, must be able to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks, recognize details and demonstrate recall, understand and adhere to HIPPA regulations, and demonstrate diplomacy and collaboration with all contacts. Outstanding written and verbal communications abilities are required. Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug testing. Must provide references at time of application.
