Job Description: Part-Time HR Coordinator
Guardian Healthcare Providers, Inc. is a trusted healthcare staffing partner to facilities which are unique! We are seeking a dynamic and unique HR coordinator to assist us with our new hires in Oxford, MS!
The HR Coordinator will facilitate and assist nurse applicants to be hired for placement at facilities in Oxford, MS. The HR coordinator will be available to work at our office in Oxford, MS on a part-time basis; we can offer some flexibility in schedule. The HR coordinator will greet applicants, assist them to fill out applications and to fully complete testing, and other hiring documents on a desktop/laptop computer, using our hiring and scheduling application software system. The HR coordinator will assist with obtaining and uploading references, certification verification, and regulatory hiring documents. The HR coordinator will report to the Staffing Account Manager. The HR coordinator may need to run some errands from time to time, and should have a driver's license and reliable vehicle for such; will be reimbursed for errand mileage.
The HR coordinator needs to be proficient with mobile phone apps, Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook (e-mail), Word, and HR screening, hiring, and scheduling software. May need to assist with scheduling short-notice staffing after normal business hours.
The HR coordinator shall have one or more years experience in a related position, a high school diploma/GED; Associate Degree or greater is highly desired. Outstanding verbal and written skills, diplomacy, confidentiality, punctuality, and organizational skills are required. Students are encouraged to apply.
