We are hiring to fill an open position for Client Services (Staffing) Specialist. The Client Services Specialist is responsible for all operational activities for their account portfolio and will ensure the success of contract staffing fulfillment, as well as outstanding client and employee relations.
The role requires effective engagement of our healthcare professional candidates which have been sourced for consideration to fill our client’s open positions in nursing, allied, and medical positions, assisting them through interview, offer, and on-boarding processes; orienting them to Guardian policies and to acclimate to the client’s expectations in their new assignments.

Also, the Client Staffing Specialist ensures that our operations processes and interactions with all employees and clients will encourage retention and outstanding individual and team performance. The position is supported by a full-time recruiter and other technological processes and tool kits already in place. New business activities are also a part of the role.

The minimum qualifications are High School Diploma/GED, with post-secondary degree in business, human resources, or healthcare administration strongly desired; four years of experience in staffing or operations supervision also required. A high degree of organization, detail-orientation, multi-tasking, and self-direction is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and other staffing and operations software as needed. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, client relationship-building, and a service-oriented mindset is expected. Business analytics, negotiation, and problem solving skills must be proficient. Ability to travel within region by auto or other areas via air at least once per month is required.
