We seek an Employee Relations Coordinator, who will report to our Immigration Specialist, within the International Recruitment Division. The Employee Relations Coordinator will participate in tasks and projects related to the smooth integration of newly arrived Registered Nurses, as well as support to the division's Registered Nurses who are already assigned and working with our client organizations.
The Employee Relations Coordinator will perform data entry, using our HRIS programs, in the areas of on-boarding, employee support, reporting, training, and relations. Also, will provide transportation for nurses as they become integrated with arrivals, initial housing and eventual re-location, assist with recruitment functions, support certification documentation, petition filings, and other related administrative projects. Comprehensive performance in these areas will require ability to travel, sometimes overnight, approximately one or two times per month.
The qualified candidate will enjoy interacting with new and familiar people each day! Also, have proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and other Human Resources support platforms.
Must possess a clean driving record, excellent communication skills with employees, work teams, clients, and all stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and view performance within the context of the outcome and mission of the Division.
Candidate should have two years of experience within a mid-size to large Human Resource operation in entry-level coordination duties. Highly desired would be some experience with immigration of nurses, filing petitions and other immigration paperwork.
The Candidate selected will have to pass a criminal background test and drug test.
