Licensure/Certification:
Performs in cross-trained roles as assigned. Serves as preceptor to
Current Tennessee RN, APN, or APN-Pres license or Compact State License required. BLS Healthcare Provider required. CNOR, CRNFA, or AORN
Required Experience
One (1) year operating room experience required. First Assistant experience in vein harvesting and
endoscopic vein harvesting preferred.
