Current and new business has led to new open positions for Client Services Specialists, based out of our Nashville area office. The Client Services Specialist is responsible for ensuring outstanding staffing services solutions for each client facility assigned, and to provide the best in support to our clinical associates assigned to our clients.

The Client Services Specialist acts as Guardians link to our clients as an account executive, and must possess demonstrated and proven capabilities which are only gained through work experience as follows:

 Ability to communicate effectively with clients to solve staffing issues with the best candidates available in a time-sensitive manner;
 Ability to match clinical candidates experience, skills, and abilities with client facility open positions;
 Ability to engage these candidates with facility hiring authorities to negotiate a successful hire for assignment or placement;
 Ability to elicit additional job orders from existing client relationships;
 Execute urgent follow up and facilitation of all processes necessary for hire and assignment/placement;
 Facilitate outstanding human resources and payroll process support to each Guardian associate to ensure full compliance with regulatory and billing requirements associated with each client contract; and
 Ability to achieve Guardians revenue and profit goals.


 Minimum two years experience in healthcare staffing, working with client facilities to fill open positions with clinical candidates (RN, LPN, C N A, allied, medical, etc.)
 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, to include confidentiality and discretionary awareness, and HIPAA regulations;
 Ability to utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HR Information Systems (HRIS), and other computer programs for process hiring, employment, and billing support;
 Ability to conduct effective meetings with client authorities about staffing progress and solutions; and,
 Ability to travel occasionally wherever client facilities are located.

Combination of education and experience will be considered. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
