Job Description: Guardian Healthcare Providers, Inc. is a trusted healthcare staffing agency now hiring in Oxford, MS!

We seek an Administrative Assistant to function as independent contractor, on a PRN (as-needed) basis, to complete paperwork for our new hires on a periodic basis, in order to remain compliant with the Federal Government Immigration process for Form I-9 and E-Verify.

The Administrative Assistant will be available by appointment, either in their own home or existing office space already occupied, to view identification documents presented in person by our new employees, and to verify such by filling out the I-9 form correctly and completely, then electronically transmitting the form to our HR department the same day the form is completed.

The Administrative Assistant will be paid a fee for each correct document completed and processed, verified by a monthly invoice.
The Administrative Assistant must live in Oxford, MS, must accept training on I-9 process, must possess access to a fax machine, or scanning equipment which can process a document to be e-mailed, or must have a desktop PC with internet access to create, store, and transmit "cloud" documents.

The Administrative Assistant will have at least 2 years of document processing experience on a desktop or PC. The Administrative Assistant must be able to professionally verbally and in writing communicate with our new hires as a representative of Guardian, must follow instructions, and handle documents with confidentiality and discretion.
